About the Symposium

Global Lyme Alliance (GLA) hosts an invitation-only annual research symposium that brings together some of the most distinguished researchers and clinical innovators in multidisciplinary fields studying Lyme and other tick-borne diseases.  Attendees include GLA leadership and Scientific Advisory Board members, diagnostic business partners, and GLA grantees from institutions such as Yale, Johns Hopkins, Tufts, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School.

The symposium fosters discussion of innovative diagnostic tests, potential therapeutic measures, and key knowledge gaps and advances. This will be GLA’s first in-person research symposium since 2019 and will be held at the historical Tarrytown House Estate in Tarrytown, New York on March 30th – April 1st, 2023.  As in previous years, GLA anticipates the exchange of cutting-edge scientific ideas in a collegial and relaxed setting. GLA hopes that you will be able to support this event and is honored to have your representatives join.
