    The Central Mass Lyme Foundation, Inc. will host its 4th Lyme Disease and Wellness Conference

    This event will explore the complexities of Lyme and other vector-borne diseases and include presentations by experts in primary care, research, testing, and much more. Learn the facts about Lyme disease and how you can protect yourself and your family. This conference is not just for people suffering from this disease but for anyone looking for early signs to prevent the disease from becoming chronic. Date: Saturday, November 16, 2019 Time: Registration at 8:30am | Conference from 9am to 4:30pm Location: Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center, Sturbridge, MA Tickets: Tickets are on SALE NOW and are $30.00 each. A brown bag lunch is included if you prepay for your ticket. Tickets at the door will be $40.00 each cash or a check made payable to “CMLF”. No brown bag lunch will be provided.
